Master French Macaron Baking!
We offer two classes in April: Thursday 4/19/18 at 6pm, Saturday 4/21/18 at 3pm, Sunday 5/6/18 at 2PM and Thursday 5/10/18 at 5PM. Class size is limited to 6 people, so everyone gets Lea's personal attention.
Learn the tips and tricks to the mouthwatering french macarons we bake at Claudine! All baking classes are hands on. You will watch the instructor do a demonstration, and then get to do it on your own! Each student will make their own flavor of macaron. At the end of the class we will bake and assemble some macarons to taste and share. All participants will go home with an assortment of freshly made macarons and recipes!
Macaron ingredients and all bakery supplies will be provided.
$ 90 per person.
